All items will be shipped out within 3 days and offer a tracking number. If during a holiday, like Christmas Day, the shipping time will be delayed.
(Oct 1- Oct 7 is China National Day, all orders will be sent after that. Shipping time will be about 10-15 business days. Different countries will vary.)
Your order will be shipped by China Post service (including Registered Mail, e-Packet), or 4PX express (tracking link: "http://track.4px.com"). Additionally, some items (built-in battery) will be shipped by other channels.
Generally, it will take 7-15 days to deliver to your address. Different countries will vary. (Not included unpredictable reason, like COVID-2019)

Yes. A tracking number will be offered. You can track the item information from USPS(https://www.usps.com/), or your local post office website, another 3rd tracking website: 17track(http://www.17track.net/). It's up to the shipping method. (Such as Four-PX, "http://track.4px.com/#/")
Yes. Returns and refunds are available. But you need to contact the seller. Generally, the seller will provide a Unites States return address if the order's delivery address is located in the United States. Other countries will be returned to the shipper's address.
The return shipping fee will be up to the reasons for the return. Such as "make a wrong order", "order a wrong model", "no need any more", you will pay the returned shipping fee. If you receive a damaged item, the seller will be charged the returned fee.
Refund will be initiated by Paypal or the method you had made the order when the returned item is received and in good condition.
